Concept

This concept is based on a product that is not so easily available in any state outside CHENNAI and we plan to make this product easily available to the people of every city by appointing a Super Franchisee in each city. Our brand chain special taste makers and ingredients will spread a standard flavor of taste all over the country. 

The SF should have an area to set up our centralized kitchen where the batter and basic product will be made. The basic product shall be made in one kitchen and then be distributed from there to all our selling outlets. The outlets are state of the art 7 sq.ft x 6 sq.ft. x 6 ft Food retails that can be placed in any location that has flowing crowd. The ”MR & MRS IDLY’ Concept can also be sent up in a larger area making it into a Food Court and a Coffee Shop.
